Payment Options
We strive to make every aspect of your visit seamless, including billing. For your convenience, we accept a variety of payment methods (all major credit cards, debit cards, and some HSA/FSA cards). Please note that a 3% service fee applies to all card transactions (including debit and HSA cards). Cash payments are processed with no additional fee.





Insurance
Accepted Insurance




We accept most VSP, MetLife, and Spectera (some UHC) plans. Regarding EyeMed, we only accept plans specifically for Costco Employees; we are unable to take regular EyeMed plans at this time. We currently do not take Davis, Avesis, or Medicare plans at this time.

While most vision plans cover the essentials of your eye care, they rarely cover every expense. Please be prepared for a co-pay at the time of your appointment, as well as any elective upgrades (contact lens fitting or retinal scan are an additional charge) or any extra costs your specific plan designates as your responsibility.

Understanding Your Vision Insurance Plan
- Most vision plans cover most of the basic eye care costs. However, it is important to note that most plans do not cover all costs associated with comprehensive eye care. Often, a c-opay is required for office appointments as well as any additional costs that may be the insured patient's responsibility.
